Bio – Save
Bio-save tank is made from fiberglass, is designed special for treating domestic waste water (toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, home use washing machines, etc). Working together with H2O Solutions-Australia, this product is designed special for tropical climate; therefore it will get an optimal result.
Based on AWTS (Aerated Waste Water Treatment System), this product is guaranteed to process domestic waste water into re-useable (Recycle) for instance to water plants, garden, and flushing toilets and very save to dispose to ecosystem through public gutter because the effluent does not smell, clear, and meet the standard set by local authorities and International standard.

1. Use
Bio-Save can be used to process/recycle waste water from houses, villas, restaurants, schools, etc. For large scale or commercials purposes this system can be operated with special constructions.
2. System

2.1. Primary tank
The first stage of the treatment is to separate the solids from the liquids. The solids, mainly toilet wastes, remain in the first compartment where a digestion process takes place. The digestion is accelerated by the presence of anaerobic micro-organisms which multiply rapidly under ideal conditions and which will ensure that the offensive fecal solids are turned into an inert waste. Hence, the microbial action in the first tank should not be hindered by discharge of chemicals through drainage fittings e.g. chemical toilet cleaners.
2.2. Treatment Tank
The subsequent treatment stages are mainly concerned with the aeration of the liquid wastes. Once more, bacteria present in these liquids are used to assist in the aeration process. The micro-organisms are called aerobes and will thrive and multiply in the presence of oxygen. It is therefore important that a constant air supply is being maintained at all times. The air is supplied from a small blower located near the system.
3. Control
 This system is controlled by an electronic panel, which will give signal if there is a failure or malfunction in the system. Electrical panel and air pump will be placed above ground near the bio – save system, which can be easily hidden surrounded by plants for esthetics.
